We want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't quite right, here's how exchanges and returns work in Pakistan.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, stitching issues, color discrepancies, or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns for defective items are free — we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you across Pakistan.
What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for size, fit, or style preferences within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchange shipping is free within Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and all major cities).
How do I start a return or exchange?
Log into your account at habibaminhas.com, go to 'My Orders', select the item, and submit a return/exchange request. For defective items, upload photos showing the defect. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours with pickup details or next steps.
What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Sale items marked 'Final Sale', fragrance products, unstitched fabric once cut to size, and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Custom or made-to-order pieces are also non-returnable unless defective.
How long does a refund or exchange take?
Exchanges: Replacement ships within 2-3 business days after we receive your return. Refunds (for defective items): Cards take 5-7 business days, JazzCash/Easypaisa wallets within 48 hours after inspection.
What if I receive a defective item?
We're sorry if this happens. Contact us immediately at team@habibaminhas.com or WhatsApp +92 312 0295812 with your order number and photos of the defect. We'll arrange free pickup across Pakistan and issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
